This flotation device is warranted to the original owner only and shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal sport skin and scuba diving use with proper maintenance and care for a period of one year from date of purchase by the consumer.

WELDED SEAMS OR AIR RETENTION UNIT SHALL BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR AN UNLIMITED DURATION.

Warranty is non-transferable and is limited to replacement or repair of part or parts. Unauthorized attempts of repair of this item will void your warranty. Equipment in question should be returned prepaid to your authorized TUSA dealer along with dated proof of purchase. The above unlimited duration warranty on welded retention seams is not applicable to rental dive school or commercial use.
